Train is a gym program composer — the training half of TrackMaxima, while the Logger and Prep handle nutrition. Build your own weightlifting programs, with the strength calculators built in. It's still in development; the 1RM calculator below is the part you can already use.
What it'll do
Compose your program
Build weightlifting programs your way — exercises, sets, reps, weeks, and progression schemes. Not a fixed plan you have to follow, a composer you control.
Strength calculators built in
The 1RM and percentage-of-1RM math is baked into program building, so your working weights come straight from your numbers.
A log to run it
Once a program is built, tick off your sessions against it and keep a record of what you actually lifted.
Exercise library
Compose from a library of exercises with form cues — or add your own.
Nutrition is deliberately out of scope here — that's Prep's job. Train stays focused purely on training. ("TrackMaxima Train" is a working name.)
No waitlist here — on purpose
Train is shown so you know where TrackMaxima is headed, but I'm only gauging demand for Prep right now. When Train is closer, this page will get a proper look — and its own way to follow along.
