Build daily meal packs that match
A Daily Meal Pack is a reusable template for a typical day — a few recipes and foods you like. Build it once so a "normal day" already lands on your numbers.
Prep ahead in one session
Start a prep session, pick how many days to cover, and batch-cook. Prep turns the template into real, fridge-ready packs — every pack in a batch is nutritionally identical, so "covered for 4 days" means 4 on-target days.
Cook with guidance
A cooking session walks the recipe with step timers and a post-cook weigh-in — so the logged nutrition reflects what you actually made, not a guess.
Stay covered
The coverage calendar shows how many on-target days you have ahead and flags the first day you would run short — with a nudge to prep again. Adherence becomes "is my fridge stocked?", not "did I hit my macros today?".
